its funny that you say that bout the "up-tempo" songs. I have a playlist just for the treadmil... which includes:

All the Beautiful People- Marilyn Manson
Pussy Liquor- Rob Zombie
Push-it- Salt n Peppa

and others... Haha...what a mix!!
