the not-having-to-worry-about-it-every-fucking-month is joy enough alone BUT HOA orgs are notorious for being unable to reliably receive and record payments. (Also, mine turns out, can't seem to send them either. They took 8 weeks from 'it will be processed today' to my receiving the $163 they owed me.)
