That's utterly brilliant. I love it--doubly so since a former roommate started lecturing me on Saturday on why joining Weight Watchers (y'know, losing weight based on calories, fat, fiber, and exercise) was such a stupid move and I should go to a low- or no-carb diet because "that'll make you lose it much faster". I didn't know it was a race.
(I know tons of people have lost weight quickly on low-carb diets, and power to them, but I prefer the idea of losing weight by just learning to recognize my eating patterns, structure them so I'm doing less, and continuing to exercise. I'm terribly old-fashioned that way. Well, except for the fact that you can use a website now to track your food. Woohoo!)
