I love Winders. Not.

Okay, after an hour or so of cleaning all of the dust out of my computer, checking the processes and hunting down an aparently known issue with the blinkin' Canon printer my dad gave me and SP2, I managed to stop the Canon program from sucking up 25% of the system memory every 3 seconds by disabling it entirely.  I so love computer troubleshooting.  Not.

Floaty Moose

Took some sudafed this morning to stop a runaway nose which has been bugging me off and on for about two weeks (allergies) and about 3/4 of the way through a planned trip to Safeway I began to float.  I always get one of two reactions to sudafed, I either float or I get really, really hyper.  I suppose since I have thus far abstained from caffeine today the floaty reaction was the more likely of the two (no additional stimulants to play off of).  I'm just glad it waited to kick into my brain when we were in line and not while I was still trying to make decisions about produce and other necessary items. Oy.
