A little off

Bit the bullet and scheduled a replacement for the water heater today, they did the deed, finishing up on the late side (7:20pm-ish), said we should wait about an hour and we should have hot water. Ordered the husband some pizza because I'd forgotten to grab water for the sous vide before they started, so will do the planned meal tomorrow. Around 10 til 9 I checked the hot water - ran all the air out of the pipes (so much air), let it run the normal amount of time to get hot water, and nada. If anything the water coming from the hot water side was colder than the cold water. *sigh* So, calling the plumbers in the morning to get them to come troubleshoot it.

Work ended up being somewhat disjointed because of the plumbing work, but I did end up clearing out a bunch of backlogged emails from being on leave for Thanksgiving. Still not completely caught up, but closer.
