Parachutes

I purchased a copy of What Color is Your Parachute for a friend this morning and I thought about leaving it out on my desk today, but then thought that might be unnecessarily cruel to my poor boss. ;)

30 minutes on the elliptical trainer. All I have to say is I'm soooo glad I have the iPod now because otherwise I'd have had to endure that damned Milkshake song, among others. That made an otherwise very dull experience (I'd so much rather be outside running - all things in their time) bearable. No eye candy this morning at the gym, but that's okay.

why would that be cruel to your boss?

Oh boy, that milkshake song. A few weeks ago, a girl from my history class came up to me bewildered: "Hey, did you know that in that milkshake song, milkshake is a metaphor for SEX?!?!"

I laughed for ages. Oh wait, I'm still laughing.

Perhaps, but I think the root of the problem is that she's a moron. Or very sheltered. Or failed health class, or something along those lines. Great Scot! I mean, how much more obvious does a skanky "R&B" artist have to be before her message is unequivocally clear?!?

started working out myself Moose. going with a trainer first, then starting to use the stuff in the gym at work. As I wrote in my journal, bp is high. I can only imagine what else comes back in my blood tests.

Happy im taking care of it NOW.

Good for you too. Keep it up!
