Much, much better today than yesterday.  Biked to the YWCA, did swim drills/swam for 40 minutes, then biked down to East Potomac Park and back home through Rock Creek Park via City Bikes in Adams Morgan (had to get a new bike lock, doncha know).

Three showers so far today (at home to shave/clean up, at the gym, then once again at home). ;-)  One physically clean boy today (we won't comment on the mental state).

Off to see M Butterfly at Arena Stage this evening with Lawrence.  Should be good, it's gotten excellent reviews.
