I just asked our law librarian if we could put a new general English dictionary on the wish list for this next year. We have two such beasts on stands in the library, but the copyrights on them are older than I am. Not by much, but still, it's kinda hard to look at current English usage when the dictionary predates your existence on this planet.

Online dictionary? I haven't cracked an actual dictionary is probably 5 years, and I always cheat at scrabble...

We're lawyers, we're mostly old fashioned lawyers (and most of the others in this office have a good 15-20 years on me!), we like books. :)
