Urgh
My stomach has been rebelling all day, culminating in a not-so-fun late afternoon/evening. Which means no party tonight. ;-p
Got some feedback from the nutritionist. Diet is mostly on track, just needs some gentle tweaking downward to get me to where I'm supposed to be at the moment. That and/or tweaking the exercise up a notch (which will happen after the new year). Whee. Then I fussed in her general direction over the current stomach ills (not her fault, but sending the info along). Whee. We'll see what she comes back with.
Otherwise today was okay. Got the house cleaned up, all the dishes are done. Now if my stomach would just clear out... ;-p

I've been seeing her a little less than a month, mainly to tweak my vegan diet, ensure I'm getting the right nutrients, and look into some of my intestinal issues. Don't know enough about your health care system to know if they'd give you one, but you could always check with your primary care physician to see if s/he'd recommend a nutritionist to you. And getting the analysis done would likely help with a diet related issue. I'd also recommend Becoming Vegan by Messanto and Velina (?) as that will cover diet related issues and would probably be cheaper than a nutritionist.
