One of my best friends owns a B&B in Wellfleet. It's nifty in the summer, though the traffic to/from the very end of the Cape is a nightmare, but it's really cool (no pun intended) in the "off-season", as they call it. A lot of the restaurants - and some of the stores - are seasonal but the ones that stay open year round are often the best. Bonus of Wellfleet is that it's a very short drive to P-Town but isn't as packed and crazy and over-touristy. *sigh* I haven't been able to visit her in years.

Also this guy sounds like a real win for you. yay!
