Took the husband to the Maryland Sheep & Wool festival for the first time. My second (?) time attending, first with him. And I picked up some yarn.

Twas fun, if expensive. I prepared this time, picking out some projects ahead of time and shopping for yarn for those projects, as opposed to just doing what I did the first time, which was basically, "oooh, pretty, must have!" with no clue what I'd knit with it, or even if I had enough yarn for a project. I did let the husband talk me into two sets (the really brightly crazy colored ones, and the blue-and-purple variegated ones) for projects for him, but overall I was pleased with how it turned out.
