Nice.💗 Adding small changes to your routines sounds like a great way to do it. And probably easier to slot into already established routines than big changes. 💗

I feel like resolutions can be way too vague (for my personality type). Focusing on the end goal way too much, and not enough on the actual steps needed. That has been my biggest downfall in resolution-making.
My grand resolutions of the past (lose weight, eat better, spend less, etc) were pretty useless right out of the gate because I kept forgetting to add the parameters needed to actually reach them. 😂

I'm going to have to look into that Tiny Habits method, I'm intrigued. 💗
