Rule #1 - never fuck with a lawyer; we get pissy, and we get even.
So I go into my bank to make a deposit (heard too much testimony in the grand jury about screw ups at ATMs to ever trust them to do more than dispense cash). There are six tellers, one is commercial, so effectively there are five tellers for the public.
Two of those have signs saying, "Non Account Holders Only," with a separate line for non account holders. So that leaves three for account holders.
The problem? There are account holders in line out the door, and no one is in the non account holder line. The result? 3-4 non account holders waltz in, get service, waltz out, all while I'm still in the middle of the line.
And why do I pay this bank each month to be treated worse than a non account holder? Am waiting to hear back from the branch manager so I can give him an earful. I don't expect to see these signs up the next time I go in or it gets elevated to the next level up (district or regional manager)
