Okay, have a question for you all: When you have oatmeal in the morning (assuming it's plain oatmeal and you're adding things to it), what do you add? My favorite of late has been a sliced banana, a tablespoon of maple sugar (the crystallized stuff - very yummy) and a dollop or two of soy milk to make it mix easier (which comes out to 306 calories and 10% CFF according to MC).
