Riding

Am headed off to a bike ride. A friend and I are going to drive out to Lander, MD (yeah, I've never heard of it, either), then bike out to either Harper's Ferry or Antitiem and back. See y'all this afternoon!

*mental note*
30-odd mile bike rides, even on a relatively flat surface like the C&O Canal Trail, will leave you a tad sore if you've not done any rides that length in a while.
