Good workout, pushed some limits, gonna be sore tomorrow.
*insert butch grunt here* ;-)
The gym is still not crowded by any means. I guess the folks at the YWCA aren't as "resolution bound" as the folks at the BGA gym.
I end up using a lot of the machines (versus free weights) when I'm there because the time that I hit the gym in the morning, just before work, is pretty late in the morning and there aren't folks there to spot for me. In fact, I'm frequently the only person in the weight room, which is fine by me - I get to set the radio where I want, the shower room is empty, etc. But for safety's sake, I don't feel like I can be lifting heavy iron bars over my body without some sort of assurance that if I do push it too far I won't kill myself. So, guided machines it is.
