Evidently a lot of people are out there looking for Janet Jackson's nipple shield, or pictures of the same. And they aren't very good at reading Google searches.
'Cause they keep hitting my web site instead. *snicker*

How Unusual
Feb. 3rd, 2004 11:06 amFor some reason I was feeling very pumped and very sexay at the gym this morning. Go figure. Maybe had something to do with the T-shirt that was tight in the right places (chest - showing off my nipple rings nicely) and loose in the right places (gut, which made me look like I didn't have one *grin*). Whatever it was, it was a nice feeling. Haven't had that one much of late, so was most enjoyable.
I've decided that the cute guy with the salt 'n pepper hair and the perky ass is really annoying when he does weights (he's much cuter when he does cardio). He screws up his face and slams the weights around too quickly - it ain't pretty. Worst of all, he checks himself out in the mirror while he's doing this (a feat which requires him to turn his head and look since it's to the side and not in front). I can only imagine what's going through his head as veins threaten to pop out of his forehead and his teeth clench in fury. Slow and steady, dude, flinging those things around is more likely to take someone's eye out than to add muscle to your frame.
However, this style of grunt, fling and down seemed to be the order of the day among the guys who were working out. There were four of us upstairs today, two of whom did the grunt and fling and two of us who were doing slow and steady movements. And I have to say, the other one who was doing slow and steady had some niiice muscles. :-) Was good inspiration.

Feb. 3rd, 2004 05:16 pmEPA Must Enforce Clean Air Act on DC Area
Let's hear it for the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, who finally stood up and told the EPA and the local state governments that their so-called plan to reduce emmissions was hogwash and that they must cut the number of pollutants, period, without delay.
Now if we could just get rid of cigarette smoke in bars... ;)

Hopefully is not just coincidence, but recently I switched from using Satin to using Hibiclens to clean my new piercings and I've had a marked reduction in the amount of crud coming from the wounds (because, as we know, a new piercing is a wound). Am hopeful that this is a sign that they're finally getting to the last stages of healing and I can get back in action sometime soon (because, as we know, open wounds and sharing of bodily fluids is a Bad Idea). This celibacy thing has been for the birds. ;-p
