Days

I should just plan to take off the day after a commission meeting. I never get any sleep anyway that night.

Called in, staying home. Appointment has been made to see to my finger tomorrow afternoon after my dental appointment. In the meantime, I think I'll do some cleaning and get some naps to make up for lost sleep.

He Gives Good Phone

Despite being home today to rest some, I get to do a conference call with the office at 11:30 over some issue or another. Discussed it with another attorney in the office, and we think we see the issue, but one never knows where the mind of the deputy general counsel is going until you get him in a room and hear his theories. Should be interesting, but it's cutting into nap time. ;-p

In the meantime I'm ripping more CDs. Worship the iPod.

Pet Peeves

You know, I understand if something comes up and you have to cancel dinner plans, even last minute dinner plans, but ya know, if you say you're going to call back, do so. Even if you're just saying, "Hey, sorry, something came up and I can't make it." I'll understand, believe me, but don't just leave me hanging. ;-p
