Ears

At some point I blew my nose or tried to pop my ear or something, and the result is that my left ear is now nice and clogged feeling. Ew, ow. It'll fade, I know, but yuck.

(I know, you're thinking, "thanks for sharing, Moose!" *grin*)

lioncub had some of the library folks over and it was nice to see them and show off the (frantically cleaned) apartment. I slew monsters while he entertained (yay Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction!), and generally tried to stay out of the way. It worked, I was out from underfoot.

Not much else going on today., just a nice lazy Sunday.

Metal Chills

I always seem to forget how well metal conducts cold. Until, of course, one of my various piercings decides to remind me of that fact in a pretty direct fashion.

Dinner, out

Mama Ayesha's restaurant was, as always, wonderful. Nothing like good middle eastern food to eat along with cute middle eastern waiters to ogle. :-)

L has been trying to get his friend/architect to talk to him about the kitchen renovation he's been trying to do for a couple years now and it seems we have pretty definite plans now. The fun part will be him moving out of his place for months on end while that's done, but I think he's going to be happy about the renovations; he was quite pleased with the new plans A has drawn up, and ready and rarin' to go on them. Was fun to listen to him talk about it.
