Project completed. Of course, the boss has left for the day so she won't see it until tomorrow morning, but hey. Nothing like having to write up the exact authority your BGA's been using to do something since the beginning of time (when everyone else just says, "Oh, yeah, that's in the Act of Whatever of aught-sometime or another" but when you look at said Act it's not like Congress said "thou shalt have the authority to do X" it's more like they said, "You can do Y and charge for doing Y" and you have to massage that into something that actually makes sense).

I love when lawyers ask questions. Troublemakers. ;-p
