I actually declined to concur on something one of our offices is doing today. This is a first in the 7 months I've been here.
So now I'm trying to learn the protocol on telling the office to stick it (or come back with more information about why we're not going to do what Congress told us to do, including something more recent than A YEAR OLD from another agency that we're claiming is the other agency telling us not to do anything on this project). There's probably a format to these things somewhere around here...
