Obligatory Voting thing
Nov. 2nd, 2004 11:19 amKnowing how crazy my precinct can be, I went swimming first, then came up and voted (I have today off). 20 minutes, tops. Less if your name was in the last half of the alphabet (it seems the mid-morning crowd is the A-M crowd).
While I did vote Dem on the big ticket stuff, I did not for the local level stuff. I'm too ticked at the leadership of the Dems, so where I had a choice I voted "DC Statehood-Green" and if they weren't there, for the Republican. They won't win, but I still don't want to support the idiots who run the local party.
