I have been a slug the past couple of months. No motivation to run, no motivation to hop on the bike in the trainer, not really walking around either. The husband did get a treadmill, so I started doing some walking on that, but it wasn't enough movement. So I took advantage of the low-50s (10-11C) temps this afternoon and did a 2.6 mile run. A little bit of walking toward the end just to keep the heart rate in a reasonable range on the last, long hill, but otherwise steady & slow. Lots of birds out, not a lot of humans, though more than I would see at 7 in the morning. Felt good, and hopefully with the weather finally warming up some it'll be easier to motivate to get out the door.
