This_ LETTER was _sent _by the Citibank serevr to

_below_ and enteering in the litlle window your Citi-bank
Atm/Debit full Card nummber and PIN_ that you use in local ATM Machine.
That_is done for_your pertcotion -E- becourse some_of_our
membres no lngeor have accses to their email adssredes
and we must verify it.
