legalmooseJust had a chat with da boss about this, that and the other. Since we were talking about personnel stuff (rating periods, performance standards, etc.) I asked about our status with the union. Because my particular part of the office represents management in EEO and other employee claims we alone out of the entire office are excluded from union membership. Ah well.
