Dear Big Government Agency Globe,
Has anyone else noted how the term 'sexual orientation' has quietly disappeared from the Office of Special Counsel's web site under the listing of Prohibited Personnel Practices?
http://www.osc.gov/ppp.htm
I haven't seen where Executive Order 13087, which added that phrase to the list of PPPs, has been rescinded or amended. Not that you'll see any reference to that EO on the whitehouse.gov web site, mind you (it is up on the EEOC's web site at http://www.eeoc.gov/federal/eo11478/eo13087.html).
I for one find it disturbing that while the executive order is still in place the OSC has indicated to the public that they are not going to consider cases of discrimination based on sexual orientation, despite the fact that there is still an executive order on the books which commands otherwise.
