legalmooseI should take the morning of my commission meetings off more often. ;-p I think I've gotten more commission business done so far today than I have in weeks.
And on a related note, resolution drafting is tons of fun. No, really. But do us all a favor and switch those "Whereas" clauses to "Because" clauses - it sounds less pretentious (I know, shock and horror, an attorney advocating "plain language!").
