It's too darned hot

legalmooseIt is not just hot, it is miserably hot. Inside the apartment, that is. I suspect our "repaired" AC thingeys on the roof aren't as repaired as they claimed.
Additionally, since this is a bitch post, there is one, count 'em, one elevator out of a bank of three working on the B side of the building (the side I live on). That means if the B side freight elevator is being allowed to run (sometimes they stop it late at night for some stupid reason), the people on floors 2 and 3 on the B side are trapped on those floors unless they can use the stairs. Methinks I'll be making a call to building management tomorrow when they're open again and letting them know that I'm going to call the DC Housing Authority if they don't get the AC and the elevators fixed ASAP.
