legalmooseSpent most of today dealing with side effects from my allergies (stomach upset from nasal drip, to be precise). I hate that the one thing out there to clear up the sinuses is a stimulant - when I finally felt up to running my heart rate was a tad higher than I'd like thanks to the sudafed.
So, post run glow is coming down. I've showered up, after the obligatory nekkid yoga and application of Stroke 29 for a bit. ;-) Was good to get out and run, I needed the movement to wake me up and get my system going. Just going to chill out tonight and take it easy. Hopefully will go swim tomorrow at the Y, then have tickets with Lawrence to see M. Butterfly at Arena in the evening.
