Turkeys tend to be very cold (no more than 40F) when I've fisted them for cleaning and stuffing. Boytoy bottoms, at least in my experience, tend to be much less cold, tend to have a smaller entry point for the aforementioned fist, and tend to be more reactive than partially dismembered poultry.

Apparently, your mileage may vary. Although if stuffing a turkey and fisting a bottom are "remarkably similar sensations," that makes me suspect you're either cooking with bad poultry or fisting corpsicles.
