You seem to eat lots of fiber and whole foods so I won't give you the whole refined foods spiel other than the already given hint.

It makes sense to me that injury and illness would be triggers for you since they would make your preferred coping mechanism, exercise, more difficult.

Have you tried taking up a new hobby lately? Maybe you're a bit bored.
