The nipple metal is gone. It's in a little baggy now, sitting in front of me. My chest looks just plain weird without metal in it. I did get a new piece of jewelry for the Prince Albert (a curved ring with two sinked beads instead of the captive bead ring I have in now and which has been in since I had it done a year and a half ago), but I think it a poor substitute.

I wanted these rings to work out, damn it. Taking them out, while not painful in a strictly physical sense, still hurt. :-(
