I will never understand the need for excessive numbers of throw pillows.

Ben has a bazillion small pillows on the couch, and most of them just sit above it because otherwise no one would be able to sit on it. Okay, there's only 8 pillows, but it's still excessive. The most we need is 2 or 3, and 4 would be a stretch.
