Good thing: Got DVD-ROM drive for Christmas.

Bad thing: It won't work.

Won't even let my computer finish booting when I try.

Win98 hangs with this little blinking cursor.

Thankfully this ends when I put the old CD-ROM drive back in.

I suspect it's the hardware, HOWEVER, I cannot get through to their 800 number.

And their web site SUCKS ASS. They don't even LIST their DVD-ROM drives in any of the menus, and their search function doesn't work.

*boggle*
