So much sitting

Not sure how people sit around all day. We visited some relatives and ended up spending several hours gabbing around the table, but afterward I was so stiff. Had to head to the local mall to walk around afterward to stretch out my legs.

I hear you there.
I feel like I am damned if I do, damned if I don't.
If I am sitting with a patient all night long, I can get stiff, but if I am on my feet most of the night then my back and hips are not happy with me.
Sucks to get old. UGH....................
