Wake up time

I'm going to have to start getting up a 6 again instead of 6:30 - can't do 6:30 and run and get to work on time.

Well, 'twill mean getting to bed at a decent hour, yes, but is worth getting the running time in!

I agree on all counts. I've been very happy with getting to sleep early lately, and very happy with my running time :-) If you find something shorter than a 10 miler, I'd be happy to race ya!
