Rearranging

Talking to the boss about redoing the way we handle one of our programs. The change will mean more work for me, once per year, instead of the ongoing crap all year long. I like this idea. :-) I can handle one piece of mega-stress once per year over the whole "let's string out how much of a pain in the ass this program can be" thing that we have now.
