Back to the 'rents

Got in okay. Train ride was uneventful. No music, 'cause my batteries were dead (doh!), but read the Post and a book I got at Union Station called Sundiver by David Brin (I'd read his book Earth and loved it, so thought I'd give his Uplift series a try - so far so good).

Other than that, it's been a slow day.

Someone disappeared off my friends list. As in, journal's gone, not listed in either "friends" or "friend of" now. And I can't figure out who it was. :-/ Strange...

Hope you have a good weekend - I can't be there because it's just too far for a weekend trip for me (I've done it before, and it's not pretty with the time zone shift). Hope there will be some fun family stories afterwards. :)
