Tonight's menu:

Mushroom cobbler (cremini, porcini, portabello, and oyster mushrooms);

Arugula and mushroom salad with lemon vinaigrette;

A south-eastern Australian Shiraz;

Mixed berry cobbler.

Yummy.

And I can attest to the truly divine nature of the culinary talents of our Moose.

Who knew that Arugula was such an excellent salad green?!? One the the huge tomes he has, I'm sure.

All the different mushrooms were combined with excellent carmelized onions and topped with a flaky crust... oh, so good!
