I've decided gay men should all be young, good looking, rich and not have to work unless we choose to. Silly universe. :-p

Sigh. I did go running for an hour this morning, I'm not in a wheelchair quite yet ;-)

Better than I. I don't think I've ever run for a solid hour. The words "cardiac arrest" come to mind =)

I ran cross country in high school, and have more or less kept with it over the years -- I love it too much to stop. Back then I had shin splints, now I have bad knees ... running is tough on the joints.

I suspect your heart would last longer than your other parts ;-) What is your favorite exercise?

Hmmm, tough call. When I go to the gym, I typically do some lifting and the arm & leg ellyptical aerobic thingy. But I wouldn't say that's my favorite. Probably skating or climbing. I like moving under my own power =)

When my knees were particularly mad at me I tried that Elliptical Torture Machine a few times ...

Climbing! Where do you / have you done that? Must be lots of ropes and straps involved :o) I'm scared of heights though.

When I was a kid, I was terrified of heights, and climbing brings it all back. It's partially for that reason that I do it. Nothing like confronting your fears. I remember the first time I did, towards the end of the 2 or 3 hours of climbing, I was up at the top, and told my belayer that I was ready to begin my descent, and couldn't bring myself to let go of the wall so he could lower me, for like 2 solid minutes.

I applaud you for confronting my fears for me ;-)

Do you have pictures of your climbing exploits?

Not yet, so far they've all been indoors, anyway. Not terribly exciting =)

YAY!

I second your decision!
