It is really scary to assume it's "sarcasm". One, we know that the um..vitamens in meat are there, but really scary is the fact that I can actually see Sec. Thompson and Dep Sec. Allen making this statement. I really truly can.

They'd probably even relate it to TANF reauthorization if they could get away with it.

Well, there are McDonalds and Burger Kings in hospitals, why shouldn't there be medicine in fast food restaurants. Its just co-branding. Get an EKG and a Big Mac value meal.
