Crowded

This morning everything seems more crowded than usual. The Metro station was packed (though the train wasn't packed any more than usual, oddly enough). Normally I'm one of maybe 3 people at the end of the station platform, so there's plenty of bench seating. This morning there were people stretched out all the way down the platform. Was disconcerting, especially at that hour. I guess everyone was running late this morning.

Grey day, overcast and threatening more rain. Good morning to sleep in. ;)

I'm still in denial about Bob Edwards not hosting Morning Edition on NPR. Renee and what's-his-face are regulars on the show, so hearing them host was not quite the jarring shock that a totally new person would be. It just sounds like he's on vacation. *grump*

Gadgets

I find myself fascinated by these little one-handed keyboards ("FrogPads"). Not that I usually need to be typing with one hand and, say, drinking with the other, but the concept of a small keyboard that only uses one hand to type is kinda cool.
