Mr. Personality
May. 4th, 2004 09:42 amYesterday was remarkable for being the first day "out and about" with no pain in the foot whatsoever. No ankle pain, nothing in the metatarsals, and no extra pads on the foot to deal with anything, just shoes, socks and me. Was quite a relief to realize that last night.
Took that personality quiz thing, the Myers Briggs one, and it came out as ESTJ this time. Last time I tested I was an ESFJ, but the T/F split is pretty close according to this one (T: 53.13%; F: 46.88%), as was the S/N split (S: 56.41%; N: 43.59%). The E (59.46%) and J (66.67%) were a little higher, not quite as close, which I think makes more sense. Eh, was interesting.
Swam this morning. I'm so obviously out of shape (to myself) that it's mildly annoying. Kept having to remind myself that a) I was doing this because I enjoy it; and b) I didn't have to kill myself since I'm only just starting out from 9 months of inactivity. That helped some, and I got through the whole 1/2 hour, albeit with plenty of breaks on the side of the pool. Definitely not up to multiple lengths yet, which is what I think was most galling to me - no endurance in the pool. Ah well, it'll get there.
