Angels in my mail

certain author's famous novel arrived in today's post. The only problem? It's now been added to "The Pile."
Any of you who are avid readers will know what I'm talking about. The Pile is that stack of books that you've been picking up here and there to read. I can't even guess how many are in my pile at the moment (getting toward 20 or so perhaps?). And this is one that I want to spend some time on, so I don't want to put it in with the fluff I'm reading in the grand jury (when I can be interrupted at any moment). Hmmm. Will have to find a reading chair soon, methinks.
