Swim, swim, swim

Was a good swim this morning, my stroke is definitely improving as I do 50yd repeats. If I slow down and concentrate on the form more I can even cut strokes off the number it takes me to get down the 25yds of the pool... Yay for good form. ^_^
I'm not normally swim two days in a row but the gym is closed the next two days, and it's semi-rainy out, so this was better than going running. I'll run tomorrow pre-thanksgiving-feasty-thing. Hopefully da boss will let us go early today and I can get in a weight workout before I go get my monthly haircut. If not, no big deal, but I am prepped for it (shoes in the bag, etc.).
Of course I spoiled all this good work by having a pecan roll this morning instead of a bagel. ;)
