I have a little domain that I haven't done much with for a while - I used to post there and cross-post to LJ, and I suppose I'd do the same for DW now. I need to update PHP, which WordPress claims your hosting company will need to do (and frankly I'm too lazy to go learn how to do it myself, even if I could). So this morning I send the third email since last July (see also, too lazy, above), and cc'd the sales and accounting teams to say "hey, third time, no responses, do I need to switch hosting companies?". We'll see if that lights a fire under them. I doubt it. So I may have to swap providers. *shrug*

According to the outside thermometer on my car it got up to 83F on Route 50, but it was probably more like 76F (24C) here today. Lousy Smarch weather. Thankfully before I ran off to BJ's Warehouse for a much-needed staples run, I walked out to grab the mail, and thus learned that I absolutely did not need the light hoodie I had put on. I almost did not need jeans, but those and boots were okay in the store and on the brief walks to and from the car. That does have to be one of the oddest things about my current work-from-home life, that I rarely need a jacket for more than the minute or two it takes to walk to/from the car to the store (it's in a garage at home, so I don't even need it to get into the car). Hoodies have been my friend. Heck, even at work on Friday (yes, I went to the office and actually worked there for the first time in two years!), walking across the street to a restaurant I didn't really need a jacket, even though it was 40-something then. (5-ishC), because I was outside for so little time. Going to be warmer tomorrow, 81 (27), then plunging back down to 53 (11) and 46 (7) the next two days. Yay false spring. Here's hoping it doesn't confuse the plants too much.
