My kitchen smells

legalmooseIt smells like orange cleaner in my apartment now.
Came back from doing laundry to find the kitchen sink backed up. Put some liquid plumber in and forgot about it. Finally finished laundry, came back to totally backed up overflowing sink. Eeck! Called the front desk, they sent someone up at about 12:15.
They just left, at 3 pm, almost three hours later.
Seems the clog was likely a floor or two down, about 40 feet, but they managed to snake it out finally.
Meanwhile, since this was discovered as I was about to run out and get some real lunch, I was trapped in my room with the cats, and lunch ended up being a vanilla coke and barbecue potato chips. Yuck.
All of my silverware has to be washed, as the sink overflowed into the drawer that they're in. Whee. And I have no time to do it now as I need to go shower and get dressed to head out to a wedding this evening.
