ironmanjt and his man this evening, followed by a "run-don't-walk" trip home from Metro, caused by excessive amounts of lemonade consumed with dinner. Erp. Made it back in time, and the extra run wasn't bad, but I really shoulda hit the restroom once more before we left. Ah well, no harm, no foul, as it were. ;-)
