Had to reset my Palm this morning, thereby erasing all data on it. Whee.
I tried to make a new shortcut to do a bullet and a dash for a list, and the thing I chose as the symbol (the shortcut sign plus a . ) came back as interfering with another shortcut, ".1", so, not seeing the symbol on my shortcuts list, I decided to try it.
Bad move.
The thing locked up, no buttons would affect it, not even the power button. So, rather than let it run down the batteries doing nothing, I did a hard reset from the back of the unit. Wiped the whole thing clean.
Not really a big deal as I have everything backed up on the computer at home, just will be a pain reinstalling stuff (pocket quicken, games, etc.) and then reconfiguring it.
