I think I just found the ultimate lazy convenience food - frozen, crustless peanut butter and jelly sandwich pockets.

You know, this just confirms Rule #2. I mean, if you can't even haul out a dinner knife and spread the stuff yourself...

i love those things...uncrustables...they're made by smuckers, right? they serve them on amtrak trains and they're so good for a long trip.

like, you eat them while frozen (pb&j pops?) or you thaw/cook them?

You thaw them, either in the microwave or a toaster, similar to frozen pastries.
